Recovery Mix Updates

We can’t keep this to ourselves any longer…Tailwind Nutrition has been busy reformulating our popular Recovery Mix to be better than ever! 

• We’ve doubled the protein per serving – now 20g of rice and fava bean protein – compared to our old formula.

• We’ve added 2g of leucine and 1.5g of valine and isoleucine into the new formula for improved protein synthesis, muscle growth, and repair.

• And lastly, the new formula will have an even better texture that is optimized for smoothness, and we’re adding a new flavor…introducing *drum roll* Strawberry Recovery Mix!

We’re so excited to share these significant product improvements, and can’t wait to hear what you think of the new texture and flavor. 

Of course, in addition to sharing news around new and improved products, we also value being transparent with our community. 

Tailwind Nutrition has been impacted just like everyone else by rising costs associated with the expanded tariffs. As you know, we are steadfast in sourcing only the highest quality ingredients – such as non-GMO dextrose and proteins – and we are limited in where we can source these unique ingredients. 

We’ve done our best to absorb as much of the additional costs as possible and want to remain competitively priced against alternative brands, but there will be a slight price increase on Recovery Mix singles and a new 20-serving pouch (replacing the 15-serving pouch) starting on July 21, 2025. 

Recovery Mix singles will be $3.29 each, and the 20 serving pouch will retail for $55.99.

We understand that a price increase is never ideal and despite the change in price, hope you feel and taste the improvements we’ve made to the Recovery Mix. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out!
