As Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our new distribution center, leading a team of 2-3 employees, for managing inventory, parcel and pallet fulfillment, and shipping operations. You’ll be joining Tailwind in a period of rapid growth to help scale the business. You will ensure proper training, following proper workflows, accurate record keeping, and uphold safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will be self motivated and comfortable working independently, yet committed to supporting Tailwind’s mission to create simple, functional nutrition products for active people.
We are looking for an organized and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Henderson, Colorado. We have a great team of fun and hard-working individuals so cultural fit is important to us, as is individual performance. This is a fast-paced and physically demanding position, so if you’re up to the task we’d love to speak with you. The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for ensuring inventory is processed, organized, and stored properly. You’d be responsible for packaging and preparing orders for delivery. Our ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet, focused on meeting quotas, and experienced in inventory software and databases. The Warehouse Assistant may also operate heavy machinery or drive equipment.
