We're looking for an Associate Creative Director to lead the creative vision for Tailwind Nutrition — translating brand strategy into campaigns, content, and experiences that resonate with endurance athletes and break through in a crowded market.
This role is equal parts creative strategist, creative executor, and project manager. You'll own the end-to-end creative process: developing brand and product campaign concepts, directing digital and web creative, managing external partners, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the quality and authenticity Tailwind is known for.
We’re looking for a high-energy "people person" who thrives on variety and keeping people engaged and motivated. They need enough organizational discipline to support process building and oversee office operations, but their true passion should be community building. You’ll help serve as the cultural glue and gatekeeper to ensure we are living and executing our values in our actions. You’ll work closely with our lead HR to implement and improve people programs. This is an excellent role for an experienced event planner, a former hospitality professional, or a part-time HR generalist who loves the human side of the job.

We are looking for an organized and motivated Fulfillment Assistant to join our team in Henderson, Colorado. We have a great team of fun and hard working individuals so cultural fit is important to us, as is individual performance. This is a fast-paced and physically demanding position, so if you’re up to the task we’d love to speak with you. The Fulfillment Assistant is responsible for ensuring inventory is processed, organized, and stored properly. You’d be responsible for packaging and preparing orders for delivery. Our ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet, focused on meeting quotas, and experienced in inventory software and databases.
