We strive for 100% satisfaction with all Tailwind Nutrition purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your Tailwind products, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll work with you on a refund or replacement. 

Note: We do not accept returns for water bottles, soft flasks or used or opened clothing items.

    • Unopened products may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Items returned for a refund will be subject to a $9.50 restocking fee. Exchanges are eligible for free return shipping but replacement items are subject to a $7.95 shipping fee.

    • For damaged or defective items, send photos of the damaged item(s) along with a brief description of the issue. 

    • We cannot accept returns for opened items but we are happy to work with you on a refund or replacement item. 

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable
