We strive for 100% satisfaction with all Tailwind Nutrition purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your Tailwind products, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll work with you on a refund or replacement.
Note: We do not accept returns for water bottles, soft flasks or used or opened clothing items.

Unopened products may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Items returned for a refund will be subject to a $9.50 restocking fee. Exchanges are eligible for free return shipping but replacement items are subject to a $7.95 shipping fee.

For damaged or defective items, send photos of the damaged item(s) along with a brief description of the issue.
