I really like the variety I was given. I was able to find that the recovery was a not for me but everything else worked great. I’m glad I was given the chance to try a little bit of everything because I would not have known where to start without it

I used it during a great run and I wasn't sure if the Tailwind helped, or it was just a great day on the trails. Also used it on a tough day, and it was the Tailwind that carried me through.
