TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Partner name Run the Alps Prize is one space on any standard guided Run the Alps trip in 2027, on a space-available basis. Trips with special guests and other one-time special guided trips are specifically excluded.
2. The Prize may not be substituted or transferred.
3. The winner will be bound by Run the Alps’ standard terms and conditions.
4. Run the Alps is not liable for any taxes that might be incurred on the part of the winner.
5. The winner may upgrade to a single room by paying the listed single supplement fee.
6. Travel costs to and from the trip are not included. For details on in-country transport, please see the relevant tour description.
7. We recommend the winner add travel insurance at their cost, in the event they cannot make the trip for any reason. (More information available here.) Run the Alps is not responsible if the winner agrees to accept the trip, then cannot travel, for any reason.
8. The winner agrees to allow use of photos of himself or herself on the Run the Alps trip, plus publication of his or her name and hometown, online and in print by Run the Alps.
9. The winner has the option of having a friend join him or her at a reduced rate of the standard tour price.
