What is Team Tailwind? It’s a group of dedicated individuals who are passionate about their communities, love Tailwind, and live out the brand values on a daily basis!

What we look for:

  • Strong presence on Instagram (your profile must be public)

  • Community involvement 

  • Alignment with Tailwind brand values
